His dual-track leadership demonstrates a rare ability to execute across both traditional and technology-driven sectors. With deep expertise in growth strategy, operational excellence, and value creation, he has consistently built high-performing teams and delivered strong returns for stakeholders.

Howard Rosing MD, PhD

Chief Medical Officer

Howard is a physician-inventor with over four decades of experience spanning medicine, neuroscience, and medical innovations. With both an MD and PhD in Neurology and Anatomy, he founded and successfully exited multiple specialty medical practices and diagnostic imaging centers. Currently, he serves as CEO/CMO of Global Biomedical Technologies, LLC, where he co-invented Comfort Release®—a novel pressure-sensitive adhesive technology with selective release capabilities. It’s work addresses pain and trauma during dressing and wound vac changes and is poised for wide-scale implementation across multiple medical sectors.. At LifeCyte Innovations he serves as Chief Medical Officer and Principal Investigator for the proposed clinical trials in AMD, MCI, and TBI. Additionally he provides technical and strategic leadership across product development, regulatory planning, grant writing and clinical studies. Howard currently has on-going clinical studies supported by the NIH both at major university medical centers and independent medical practices. He has also participated in funding raises, and both licensing and selling medical technologies.

Kenn Adach

Chief Marketing & Sales Officer

Kenn Adach, strategic visionary leader who has created value for leading organizations including Bausch & Lomb, Playtex, Unilever and Sherwin Williams through insight maximization driving sales and profit growth. With a keen focus on insight-driven strategies, Kenn’s leadership at Bausch & Lomb was pivotal in accelerating growth of PreserVision for AMD.

There he reinvigorated revenue and profit growth of a $150MM OTC Pharmaceutical product portfolio (AREDS2), steering the brand through strategic repositioning and targeted marketing to both consumers and eye care professionals. This led to a substantial 25% increase in sales starkly contrasting with the industry’s previous decline.

In previous leadership roles he has driven innovation creating over 50 new products and developing and executing successful market entries. He has also managed all key functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Creative Services, Call Centers and external advertising, public relations and sales agencies.

He has an B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Rutgers with honors. At LifeCyte Innovations, he is the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and executing the company’s commercialization plan.

Max Pfahler

Director of Clinical Research

Max is a clinical researcher and scientific writer with over eight years of experience leading translational research at the Laboratory of Oculo-Cerebrospinal Investigation (LOCI) at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Chicago. His work focuses on ophthalmic and neurological diseases—including age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and Alzheimer’s disease—with an emphasis on microvascular dysfunction, immune activation, and platelet biology. This research has led to multiple patents and supported the development of novel diagnostics and therapeutics. As Clinical Trials Manager for LOCI and Director of Clinical Research at LifeCyte Innovations, he has led FDA-compliant clinical trials, authored two successful IND applications, and managed over 15 IRB-approved studies across major institutions, helping to translate early-stage discoveries into clinical and commercial opportunities.
